All packages are shipped Expedited with Canada Post.

Return Policy

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You must initiate contact with us within 14 calendar days of receipt to arrange a return.  Please ensure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewelry. If pieces are returned damaged, no refund will be issued. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the purchaser.   

We don’t offer exchanges on any pieces unless the piece was damaged when you received it. 

In the case of pieces being damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible
